Creed Squad Competitive Results
Please post up competitive mode results here whenever Creed squads up. It'll serve as a clan log of who plays and how often. Win or Lose atm doesn't matter but it'd be nice if you could include a match summary together with the scoreboard.
Re: Creed Squad Competitive Results
Since Kine mentioned to give a brief overview of the match I wanna add a few words:
Tbh during the first half I was pretty sure that we were going to lose. But we somehow managed to kill them at the EMP-stuff building and we delivered both charges within like 1 minute.
The second half was just awesome...they had big issues to get their EV going and Azh´s Fragger was smoking hot.

Re: Creed Squad Competitive Results
I've seen a couple of good strategies for the final objective at Chapel in high level pub servers. We would have to make our class picks at the start of the match with the end of it in mind.
FIRST STRAT:
3 x Stoker spam
This does not require attacker team to kill defenders. 4 attackers will rally behind bridge. 1 in middle cave. They will fight safely focusing on defenders behind the center rock. Once they killed off defenders hiding behind the rock, 2 Stokers drop Molotovs by the RED BUS. One on the narrow path beside it the other on the white van where people can jump down from. This creates a barrier between the objective point and the enemy. The 4 then takes over the rock with the 3rd Stoker dropping Molotov to extend the time when needed. 1 in Mid Cave is responsible for delaying enemies trying to go around the Bus. Objective carrier is safe to deliver the entire time.
SECOND STRAT:
CHAIN AIRSTRIKE SPAM
4 Skyhammers. Nuke the shit out of the Red Bus + Rock. Airstrikes fall 90° perpendicular to direction thrown so you want to be just outside Mid Cave or closest bridge pillar and drop the marker in front of the Bus's nose. This will blanket the Rock, Bus and Ramp.
Chaining Airstrike at 5 second intervals mean there will be constant nuke for 15-20 seconds. Even if there were survivors carrier has a decent chance at delivering. 4th Skyhammer with Airstrike should wait to see the kill feed. If enemies died he may want to save it for the next spawn wave.
--
In both Strats, it'd be nice to have our 5th player as Kira who can drop Orbital strike on the Ramp to prevent enemy reinforcements from coming back in. She can control it best from on top of the bridge where there is line of sight to the ramp and spawn site.

Re: Creed Squad Competitive Results
So, this was my first comp game after a while and since we won it, I thought it´s time to finally upload a screenshot.
Little match summary:
We attacked first, not much to say. They hardly defended and we could push without problems.
Our defensive effort was not that good this game. We really lacked fire support mercs and therefore they nearly completely escorted the EV which could´ve been better. You need AT LEAST 2 mercs like Arty,Kira or Skyhammer to efficiently stop the EV. Anyway, here´s the scoreboard:

Re: Creed Squad Competitive Results
Has someone taken a screenie of the comp games yesterday?
First one was a nice win, but 2nd one was one of the most insane draws I have ever seen.
We defended the 2nd objective on underground for 10 mins, defused the bomb 5 or 6 times within the last 1 or 2 seconds. Emulgator went out with 65 kills, Dante with 40+, Boty and Loki with 25+ and I with 9 xD. But just because I was busy reviving them all the time. Didn't even had a chance to shoot. Still finished 2nd with like 18k exp.

Re: Creed Squad Competitive Results
Since we are plaing a lot more comp games latly we should keep this thread alive.
Comp game where we started with one down. Alpaca got kicked and it took him like 5mins to come back, so we did the first objectiv with just 4 of us. Still rocked the show and won it. (I think Raxc made like 7 Aces)

Re: Creed Squad Competitive Results
Looked it up, I had 6, but still tremendously awesome!
Anyway, here´s the screenie of our other comp game,we really destroyed our enemies. They all left so quickly and therefore most of the players are missing on the pic^^. But there´s not that much to say about this game anyway: We could just improve the time we needed to destroy the generator, the rest was close to perfection. Really cool to see Creed rolling like this!

THE CREED IS ON FIRE
Creed´s awesome winning percentage continues to climb, 2 more wins today.
First game was trainyard. The scoreboard says basically everything, they didnt even destroyed the first objective, nuff said.
-----------------------------------------
The second game was also pretty easy. We stopped their EV close to the bridge for nearly the whole game, unfortunately they made an awesome push in the last minute (and we failed a bit). Therefore they managed to escort the EV within a minute LOL.
But in the end, we still pretty much owned them and got away with the win:

Here is another one we played today without Raxc
We played one more, but lost it. I think it's 9/1 for the last 10 games for me now. Still silver 1.....I'm pretty sure there are dices involved in how leveling works on db.

Re: Creed Squad Competitive Results
5v5 is back and Creed is dominating again
We played 4 ranked games and we won all of them. I've recorded the first 2 and they were fun. I'll maybe upload them later if anyone wants to see them.
3rd game was Creed domination. The other team was good, but nothing special, but we won because we had a really good teamwork.
Game number 4 was probably on of the best Creed dirtybomb games i've seen so far. Really good teamwork against very strong players. All of them with 1k+ db hours. I played one of them earlier today and he is a skilled level 84 guy. At first I thought we are going to get raped but instead they got a hard time.

Re: Creed Squad Competitive Results
Honestly, congratz Creed!
The last game reminded me of our great begone legacy back when we bashed everyone.
Of course, we are still not the best DB clan but the way we keep improving from game to game is truly amazing!
If we (especially ricky, sus etc) think back to our first comp games... We had no teamwork and lost against barely skilled enemies. However, now we are able to beat teams with 1000+ DB hours and a lvl average about 60, well done!
Time to be proud of ourselves

Re: Creed Squad Competitive Results
Couple more results....
First was 2 creed on each team, so lets call it a win (even though I lost )
This was a good comp with Ricky and I.

Re: Creed Squad Competitive Results
How do you edit your videos? Are you doing the uploads overnight? A full ranked game with 30mins takes about 3hours to be uploaded for me.

Re: Creed Squad Competitive Results
I wrote an essay.
Short answer, I upload content in minutes because i spend time editing videos to make them smaller. Uploading your multi gigabyte source material to Youtube is bad for you and for people who watch them.
My workflow:
Record using Shadowplay
Trim using Free Video Editor
Edit using Widows Movie Maker (not always, only when I want snazzy editing)
Re-encode using Avidemux to output smaller video files that is optimized for watching on Youtube
Upload to Youtube
For a 30 minute match it'd take me approximately 10 minutes to 1 hour to edit stuff and another 20-45 minutes to upload depending. Certainly not overnight.
