The weapon set?
Lv30 = set 4
I don't think that you have to unlock the set 5, since there's a lot of good weapons on the set 4 (CR and GP).

About Thor:
For me, this pistol is too expensive for what you get. Yes, it's a one shot, but it also has very low accuracy. I personally would choose the SW over the Thor because of the magnified optics (I know Thor can be customized) and more importantly the 100 accuracy potential.

I just tried out the M4 for the first time after weapon customization came out. Is it just me or does it suck ass? The accuracy isn't at 100 anymore, recoil is increased, new sight is bigger and the red dot isn't as nice, and it bounces all over the place.

It's not you, with the weapon customization, the weapons are not as good as they were. Lower stat (for part of them) and an higher visual recoil.

You get use to it. My favorite m4a1 sight is the 553 holo. At the moment customized weapons aren't as good as the non customized guns, but that's because visual recoil is so drastically different, not to mention ADS isn't aligned with crosshairs (intentionally done). I really liked customization, and will probably come back to a CW that is drastically different (and more entertaining).
