When we get application like this in CW (good KD 2.5+, middle to upper (25-59) level), we should reach out to them to get them on the forums to see if they are worth adding...

True. I automatically reject tons of applicants with shitty level/KDR. I've never seen someone with above a 3 KDR apply before.

I've rejected dozens of level 40+ with 2.5+ KDR's, there's a reason for that. If they don't show up on RC, it's hard to know whether they'd contribute at all. As in continue to play the game and donate exp+CR. Plenty of people on CW create alts just to get into certain clans and don't touch them once they're in.

However, we can accept randoms with good stats and I'll just change the message on the CW clan page to 'Please donate exp at XX% and XXX,XXX CR upon entry'. Then kick them if they don't within a week or something.

I was just suggesting that those that are applying thru the game may not know we even have RC channel. Maybe we take those good stats ppl, and send them a message on Kong saying come here, for a proper application, and get them on RC.

I stiil think that if you guys (Bubba, Boss, Third) see someone promising in CW, just add him to the CW clan. After that, invite him to the RC forum and to RC. Our current recruitment tactics don't really work for CW. Keep it more simple. And it has nothing to do with only being a half creedling. If you force the applicant to join RC and the forum first there are still too many Creedlings who will abstain or vote no, because they don't play enough CW. If he joins RC and the forum we can discuss making him a full Creedmember.

So i'm making Creed active again in CW. Whether or not the Creed core would like to participate is up to you guys (the more the merrier). My goal for CW Creed is 200-300 people, maybe in several months time. I'd like to see this as a somewhat reduced pool of people to possibly draw full Creedlings from, if they are active on RC and fit our morals.

Current applicants must have these requirements:

Requirements

--We look for a virtuous person, that shows attitude and initiative, is skilled in game and have potential for contributing to the clan.
--We expect you show effort in your application form.
--Communication is very important, so you need to understand and write in english.
--Must have a KD of 1.5+
--Must have an accuracy of 20%+
--No level requirement
--Contributing more than the minimum requirements is always appreciated, as are donations of Credits and GP.
- 30% until 1 Million
- 20% 2 Million +
- 75% during clan races
--Download RaidCall and get to know us on our channel.

We do NOT allow multi-clanning within the branches of Creed. In other words, you cannot be a member of Creed while being apart of another clan within the same game. This means that alternate accounts owned by players outside of Creed, are NOT accepted.

So far we have accepted 2/7 people who have applied. The first's name is Hary, a supposedly 48 yo from South Africa. He's on RC quite a bit. The second is a 14 yo who makes YouTube videos. They're pretty good, but he just acts like he's trying to be older when talking normally would be fine. Oh, he has a bird.
