Which skill should i take next ?

Hmm, to get no damage loss, i have to earn 14 sp from contracts/lvl, it gonna be hard.

you selected both destroyer and assault class clan skills. That isn't possible, you have to choose one or the other. Based off of that tree, you wouldn't even get the destroyer clan skill, as you have most of your SP in assault.

Third, what happens when you are even between Assault and Destroyer class skill builds? Which clan skill do you get?

You'll get whatever skill tree you invested more in first. So if I was assault, then I bought another destroyer skill that made them even, I'd still be assault.
