More I fool around with the skill tree, the more I feel that it is designed really well. Only thing I feel overpriced / underpowered are the Sentry Gun upgrades. People complain about the Ghost's tree but I think the ECM upgrades are worth the skill points each and every one you decide to move up on. Especially since you can skip tiers with ECM.

The romance of stealthing missions has lost its' lustre for me and I'm back to blowing shit up gangsta. Shotgun on secondary is freakin' amazing. Couple that with ninja stealth skills and armour regen perks and I have a whole new way of playing payday. This respec is to reinforce that playstyle and is a revision of the Machinegun Technician build (which imo is a really solid build on its' own)

Payday skill tree being the way it is there are drawbacks ofcourse and in this case my Mastermind skill sets. There are none. No spotter, Inside man, revive, convert, nothing. Just 1 point to unlock the basic med kit that's it. I gave all those up because I wanted to hit minimum detection rating when stealthing which requires the Ghost's Tier 4 passive bonus ... +5 concealment and -15% speed penalty wearing armour which goes well with my armour tanking tactics.

10 levels left to L.100 and an extra 12 skill points on the way. I could ace another top tier ability (Iron Man armour for ex.) or unlock 3 high level skills. Doesn't really matter at this point as I've gotten all I wanted already.

Now to prepare for Infamous status.
