When the team loses first round and starts playing the blame game, round two usually ends up worse. This match however, the whiny solo heroes actually stopped being dicks and got onboard with the program while the rest of the gang remained positive. Epic turnaround match followed. First time I saw a fireteam rage quits.

Open server MVP performance by Kine doing what he does best. Defensive sweeper plugging holes at the back or leading the (suicide) charge on team moves. All the while redirecting reinforcements on comms.

This happens when you play Ghost Recon BeGone style.

Made up for it in second round.

Started bossing people around on comms shuffling bodies and coordinating our pushes. Stole a last minute overtime but couldn't convert for a draw. Too many beginners on team who don't time their devices made it easy for enemies to break down and counter each time we pushed for cap. Close match that could've gone worse.

Clan match from [PhX]Bourne's point of view, currently the top ranked player on Ghost Recon NA.

Holdout game mode with only 1 capture point on the map. Team holding it when timer runs out wins the round.

Capture point on this map has flank exposed to a tunnel that connects both spawn sites. Dominating the tunnel usually brings victory for a team.

This match demonstrates 2 man combo timing their devices when pushing, anchoring the others in the middle of the field on when to hold or push for a capture.

First one minute of video shows you what happens when you don't communicate or team play. Everything afterwards is pure win.

I made no kills either. Charge in, disrupt their defenders while team mops up behind me.

This game is sport.

Road to Master Sniper Qualification

Ghost Recon sniping is tricky for 2 reasons.

Almost won the match after losing first round. Cloaker broke through literally at the last second to deny us that win and drew the game for his team. Also a 'weird' game because everyone followed what I said to the letter, so I minimized my comms coz I found it too surreal. Played with randoms versus TWO clan fireteams. Would've been an epic win.

Highlights of the last few matches leading up to this:

Same req' as before but for Support Class. Playstyle is different despite asking to achieve the same thing because weapon types each class have access to behaves differently on top of their different devices.

Recons are your frontmen building intel for the team, executing flanking maneuvers and the odd sniper job now and then.

Assaults are the follow up crew coming in after Recons. They lead the hard push or mop up behind the initial wave.

Supports are rather confused when it comes to roles on the team. Their devices require them to be closer towards the front if not leading the charge themselves yet their weapon type, the machinegun isn't suitable for those moves. Long ready times and huge sway on ADS'ing means they shoot better posting down lanes you already own and want to protect. Usually flanking routes the enemy might want to take which are normally away from the clashing point.

I find myself bouncing back and forth between Rear Guard and attack lead depending on my device's cooldown timer.

Recharging = Rear Guard
Device Charged = Attacking

You'll see me switching jobs between defend and attack in this frag montage of the last few matches on the way to qualification completion. Machinegun on defense, auto shotty on offense. Payday skills on display.

Most overused class in Ghost Recon Phantoms

1. Accurate hip firing, running and gunning SMG's
2. Cloaking - /easy mode = on for newbies
3. Scanner, information is a weapon

Unfortunately not many play the class to benefit the team. Newbies and Pro's alike tend to use Recons for their selfish individual fragging needs. You'll see most Recons in a match running random looking for kills detached from what the rest of the team is doing.

Here is a killstreak video demonstrating what Recons ought to do as a team player. It also illustrates how effective they can be in turning things in your team's favour when you have a Recon that's actually supporting the team's efforts.

I get these once a couple of days.

Where the majority of players on both teams are highly skilled regulars, all put into the same match.

Usually its' one or two of these guys in a match where they will dominate the scoreboard. But in this match we were all put together that's the equivalent of a BB match on Tower in BeGone.

Ghost Recon is a tough game. The original was even more so. In-fact Ubi dumbed down the game in an attempt to win the hearts and minds of these COD ragekids down voting the game on reddit, metascore and forums coz they couldn't cope.

Easy or tough, it's always a good policy to be good at something first in order to understand it.

Lest you join the ranks of them BeGone randoms and their "Kine Hackero Puta" whenever I headshot snipe them from spawn to spawn on Crane.

Ghost Recon vets who stick around, they aren't the 9 y/o BeGone turks you're used to bashing day in day out and posting screenshots in the BeGone GG thread. ARMA and GR phreaks - we choose to play these games coz they aren't your typical counterstrike/cod/contract wars arcade shooters. Its harder and more challenging. Vets who stick around are those who enjoy the difficulty.

Make 11 kills and I end up 3rd on scoreboard
Finish a round with 3 kills and I get MVP

If you don't get how that works you won't understand the game.

I watched the video.  I have only 1 conclusion.  Kine is a hackero puto who paid to win! jk, well played.

Yeah, that game definitely isn't for most Creedlings. I'm so tempted to play it by watching your footage, but that would take me away from games with other Creedlings. Must. Resist.

Boring video but in case anyone curious how it feels like to be that guy masturbating behind everyone else doing f*ck all for the team. Here it is.

You need to condense your videos into only highlights and not full matches. I read every post but have yet to watch a video. I'm sure you can summarize all the important/interesting bits in 1-2 mins.

Will upload more highlights for others. The ones here are me saving on HDD space. Uploading to youtube so I can delete them off my PC.

Match that earned me the final MVP needed for Recon's Qualification IV.

Was already top of the scoreboard farming points from caps and scanning assists. Thought I'd finish it off with a badass killstreak.

I don't normally get backstabs like that too often. Atleast not ones where I get to walk away alive anyway. 10-1 KD MVP.

Think I missed the backstab. What point in the vid is it?

Backstab is asian slang for flanking your enemies and killing them from behind.

Somewhat related, 'Step' is slang for capturing the objective. Something new to me.

Prolly a shorter form of saying 'Step up' or 'Stand in the capture zone' or something.

So if you hear asian dudes shouting ... Step! Step! Step! .. in my videos, he means go up and capture.
