PDR vs Vector

PDR has better performance in everything except firepower. Not to say it is crap; DPS is comparable to every other gun available to me right now, it's just that Vector kicks ass in that dept outgunning almost everything else.

But I hate not being able to take shots from range whenever I have the opportunity to which is where the Vector is comparable with all the other SMGs (even some rifles) and where the PDR shines: range, accuracy and mobility.

Vector has better attachments stats tho. Or rather, less penalties.

Already made up my mind but wondering what CW vets think. Need a gun for today and tomorrow before weapon set 5 unlocks.

Pdr is very under rated. Best gun you can use until the m4a1.

so next question. Longshots

what are the conditions for getting them?
- from what I've gathered on Kong
1. Headshot
2. > 20 meters away

Trouble is, even when when those conditions are met I sometimes dont get awarded for longshot

I know the following for sure:
A. Number of shots taken does not affect it
B. Crouch, stance and movement do not affect it
C. Zoom, unzoomed does not affect

Someone mentioned damage dealt ie. target must be 100 HP when you engaged him and not injured by someone else. Cant confirm this tho.

Wondering if you have anything definitive re: longshots.

You are correct in the parameters. Doesn't matter what the player's health is, just that you shoot them in the head from greater than 20 meters. Those times that you think you should have got a headshot is caused by recoil (or lower accuracy)spraying the bullets so that they hit the body.

Killfeed shows that I got the headshots. but sometime I dont get the award.

Two possibilities.
1. A headshot does not count as a long shot. So you will not receive the longshot contract.
2. There are not enough contractors in the map for you to complete your contract, so any contract related stuff will not count towards your total.

1- is there a 'proper' forum? The one I found was so fucking messed up with fucking spam it wasnt even recognizable.

2- mind telling me the clan scene in the game? What are the top clans?

3- I'll probably play it tomorrow or sometime soon ^^ got back from my trip.

1- as far is I know: no. Only the kong forum
2- SSNC is top 10

Another point: wouldn't it be awesome to buy some stuff in the first clan skill tree:

+ 4 to primary weapon damage (400k)
+ 20 to armor points (700k)

and maybe the nade for clanmates for 200GP to make Kine happy

grenade is my top reason for getting killed in tough matches.

higher level players seem to memorize / manage spawn sites well and if your team lack balls to split and push out, you end up bunched up in tight spaces. cluster fk fiesta.

  1. OhMy: Purely in first place because they have more players than 1337, they are a very good clan, but not on par with the couple of clans below them. They might be passed by 1337 if 1337 decides to get their act together, maybe not, 70m exp is a lot. Friendly clan, nice people. Left OhMy after leaving 1337 because they have a few drunks that like to frequent their chat service...

  2. 1337 (Elite): Elite has much more skill than OhMy, but fewer members. Unfortunately they recently have developed an Elitest attitude about themselves that makes a few of them douches. Their leader Phrax (GravitationalArt) is a douche, nuff said. They have several game testers in their clan, 201 (MP201), Phrax, G4bb3rz, and maybe one more. Testers can be invisible while being in a server to catch farmers. So don't farm (this includes killing each other in order to get more ammo after going on a streak). Phrax followed me invisibly for a while after I left 1337. They have some really nice members as well, Cafeteria is awesome, as well as Super Yoshi (The_Destined), and a few others I can't remember the names of.

  3. FIGA: The basic, accepts everyone clan. Recently went through a clean up because of farming.

  4. The Doctors (DR): Insanely good, Russian only clan. Their top members can beat elite most of the time. These guys live for KD, so if you start to shut down their KD they rage quit. I believe a kd of 4+ is required for them to stay in the clan. They always win the clan race because they use the most boosters, and play non stop.

  5. God: Not much to say, average skills, average people. Pretty friendly. IMirage is cool.

  10. SSNC: You guys know 'em. :)A lot of their members have been picked up after they joined CW, so many only know about Creed based off of what older members have told them. Friendly bunch, tried to get me to join after I left OhMy.

Those are the clans you need to know about, the rest just have high ranks because they have been around the longest.

The entire column on the left side are rentals. The prices you see are for one day. So they are incredibly expensive. Most clans that have bought all of the clan skills don't even buy these except for clan race/wars.

Latest addition to my fully tasked armoury. Vengeance now comes in Semi-Auto.

So I met Grav and 201 in Kong chat today, and when I mentioned Third they got noticeably annoyed. Funny, Grav was such a nice guy(even called me a nice guy), but he hates Third... Oh, and while Grav insults Third, all 201 does is "^" or "yeah".

Right now, it should depend on the person. Most members are at lower levels and should focus on getting on getting to the upper levels. Of course, if they want to set their contribution to 75%, it's up to them, but they shouldn't. Perhaps we could set a minimum level where you have to start contributing, but I think it's still too early for that as well.

In short, I'm keeping my 1%.

From here, skills left to unlock will take forever since most of them require me to level up 5 or 6 times each.

Credits earned so far I've spent on getting 1 pistol, 1 SMG, 1 Rifle, 1 Sniper

I think this is about the time you are able to start contributing. But not 75% definitely. My average points scored per match has dipped since I run into top players more often now. I'm doing 2k average compared to 5k when I was under lvl 30.

Harder to get to VIPs and VIPs play their game better half the time. People rush less and camp more and generally you get less kills. There are games where you can dominate with 50+ kills a match but you'd either have to be a dick and stack up against a weaker team instead of evening up or sacrifice KDR in pursuit of multi kills.

LOL. That might have something to do with me calling him "a douche, with a lack of respect towards beginning players, and that as a tester he should show more responsibility in positively representing the game." He acts tough, but when you actually talk to him via voice chat he gets very quite, and tries to make jokes at you that aren't remotely funny. If you spend more time in Kong chat, you will realize what I mean. Took me about a month to see the full scope of Gravy's ways...

I'm not the only one that thinks that way about him.


201 is actually a pretty decent guy, and still tolerates me quite a lot. Even answers questions that only a tester would know. The funny thing is, even though the rest of 1337 know that I called their leader a douche, every single one of them is extremely friendly towards me. They really liked me when I applied, and from what I have gathered from them, Grav was the only one keeping me from rejoining once I left (that is if I had wanted to go back).

From what I have understood from Aaron, who is a former longtime 1337 member, is that it didn't use to be like this, and that these "Elitest" (my word) attitudes are a recent development.

So now you guys know what I actually said to set Grav off, take it as you will.

a bunch of guys with unnumbered ranks (it's a red star medal, no #) ran a shotgun train all around evac. killed everything in sight. damn thing is broken.

from gate to the black SUV I got shot once and I'm down to 13 hp ... damage falloff for the shottie needs to be fixed.

P90, PDR, AK, everything couldn't stop them. In the end almost everyone went shotgun lol. I didn't have one so I took out my revolver. Worked better than my SMG sigh.

Gonna get the MP-133 Pump after I get my rifle then join in on the abuse.

I can't use the spas or the mp133 to save my life.
I need to learn how to shotgun.

don't scope with shotgun. My favorite shotgun is the IZH, you can shoot both barrels at once by switching your firing mode. But the SPAS is the best shotgun.
